London has loads of Italian restaurants , but not all of them can offer the real ‘Italian experience’. Although today’s market is dominated by big chains, fortunately they still manage to preserve quality thanks to the collaboration between genuine products, Italian chefs and their staff.
A fine example of this synergy is in the Gordon Ramsay Restaurant group. The GRR Group includes all the restaurant businesses of the acclaimed chef, restaurateur, TV personality and author Gordon Ramsay. It employs more than 700 people in London where it has a collection of 14 restaurants. An ‘urban trattoria’ with a twist, Union Street Café offers an authentic ever-changing menu created by born-and-bred Italian head chef Davide Degiovanni.
