A Neon Legacy

Among 2016 events, one in particular, the 'A Neon Legacy' exhibition, was hosted at No.4 Mayfair (soon to be transformed into the Italians Clubhouse) during Frieze Art Week. The neons exhibited were part of Chris Bracey’s legacy, the man behind neon wonderland 'God's Own Junkyard' .

Bracey was responsible for creating many of the neon lights in London, in areas such as Soho and West End. To mark two years since Chris Bracey’s untimely passing at the age of just 59, the 'A Neon Legacy' exhibition was organised by Robin Barton, art dealer and owner of Bankrobber gallery, together with Marcus Bracey, Chris’ son, now responsible for carrying on the family’s legacy
